Urgent Event Catering
A hospitals group needed a to organise an invitation dinner event for 150 doctors, and with only 72 hours' notice.

They preferred catering in a marquee on the grounds, with live entertainment and themed decorations.

National Road Show
A publishing franchise company launched its inaugural National Training Programme in a series of three, round-robin conferences, over a six-month period. Fifteen training personnel travelled the country conducting the conferences for a participating audience of 40-70 delegates.

Our brief included a fixed date itinerary, venue, accommodation and logistics co-ordination.


Online Events sourced twelve independent venues, finalised bookings, co-ordinated accommodation, processed all deposit payments, and reconciled every account against the quoted costs.

International Convention
A world-wide music society held their annual convention in Australia for 1,500 delegates.

Our brief was to find and book performance and accommodation venues, co-ordinate Partner Programmes, and provide retail photographic coverage for the event.

Plus, they wanted to be looked after.


Venue Finders booked the Melbourne Concert Hall and two supporting venues, and managed accommodation for 1,200 delegates across 13 hotels.

Our associates managed the Partner programmes and provided individual performance photography and individual retail sales of the photos.

Relationship Marketing Events
A phone communications company lamented at not having enough time in front of specific prospects at certain times of the year.

Our brief was to find a mechanism to put the company in front of thier prospective clients, in a relaxed atmosphere.


Online Events discovered that many of the targeted prospects liked fishing trips.

On behalf of the client, we invited 15 guests on a half-day, fully catered, fishing cruise, and ensured that there were at least four existing happy (telephony) customers to share their positive experiences with that company.
